Simple participation rules – B2B FERM 2025

  1. Participation in the B2B sessions is voluntary and free of charge for all registered participants at FERM 2025.
  2. The scheduling of B2B meetings will be managed by the CAPDR team, based on the profiles completed and the interests expressed by the participants.
  3. Participants will receive an electronic catalog and a personalized agenda with confirmed meetings.
  4. The B2B sessions will take place in the Business Lounge arranged inside the Băilor Casino, on July 10-11, 2025.
  5. The organizers facilitate, but do not guarantee, a minimum number of meetings, as these depend on compatibility between participants.
  6. Participants are free to use the Business Lounge for informal meetings outside of the scheduled ones.
